My account received a penalty marked as "game enhancement cheat violation" at 23:00 on October 13, 2025. Apart from this penalty, I have never used any cheating software, mods, scripts or any unauthorized third‑party tools at any time. I am a legitimate player. I played this game at a commercial internet café at that timestamp. I only launched Apex Legends on that public café computer and played the out‑of‑card mode. The café computer came pre‑installed with various background programs beyond my control. I did not install any prohibited software on this device. The anti‑cheat system triggered a false positive due to unwanted background processes running on the public café PC. I have never shared my account with anyone, nor have I permitted anyone else to log in with my account credentials. I have completed account security checks, changed my account password and enabled two‑factor authentication to safeguard my account. I request your team to conduct a manual re‑investigation of my account login logs, device records and game replay data for the time window of 23:00 on October 13, 2025. I had no prior violation records before this incident and I have always abided by EA Terms of Service. I hope you can re‑evaluate this case and revoke the unfair penalty placed on my account.
