Account Banned & Empty Penalty History

Hi EA Community Managers,

I am reporting a severe technical synchronization issue regarding my account (EAID: Zrenwwv).

The Problem: My account is currently locked, but my Penalty History is completely EMPTY. Because the history is empty, I cannot select a record to submit a formal appeal through the standard webform.

Support Admission: In my recent live chat (Case #241761184), the agent Shrishti officially confirmed this is an "EA server error" and a "glitch". Shrishti identified as the technical team but was unable to perform a manual refresh.

Conflicting Status: My case history now shows the status as "FIXED" (as of April 16, 2026). However, the account is still banned and the penalty history is still empty. This is clearly a database failure.

Request: I am asking for a Technical Specialist to manually fix the synchronization between my account status and the penalty database so I can access the appeal function.

    My penalty record is blank, but my account is still blocked. I want to ask, I don't even have an appeal button. Clicking on other parts connects me to customer service, but they just say they don't have the authority to handle it and redirect me back to the penalty record, which is completely empty.

    A customer service representative said they would help me, and told me to wait three hours. But after three hours, there was still no result, and they gave me the same sales pitch again.

    My account has been banned from Apex Legends. When I launch the game and log in to my EA account, I receive a notification about this. However, in my EA Help account, the ban doesn't appear in my violation history. I went to https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ to submit a ticket, selected "Submit an Appeal," described my issue, selected the PC platform, attached a screenshot, and clicked "Submit." I was then redirected to https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/solutions/, and the ticket wasn't created.

    I contacted the online chat, but they couldn't help me and again recommended opening a ticket, which I can't do.

    What should I do?
