Account Banned & Empty Penalty History
Hi EA Community Managers,
I am reporting a severe technical synchronization issue regarding my account (EAID: Zrenwwv).
The Problem: My account is currently locked, but my Penalty History is completely EMPTY. Because the history is empty, I cannot select a record to submit a formal appeal through the standard webform.
Support Admission: In my recent live chat (Case #241761184), the agent Shrishti officially confirmed this is an "EA server error" and a "glitch". Shrishti identified as the technical team but was unable to perform a manual refresh.
Conflicting Status: My case history now shows the status as "FIXED" (as of April 16, 2026). However, the account is still banned and the penalty history is still empty. This is clearly a database failure.
Request: I am asking for a Technical Specialist to manually fix the synchronization between my account status and the penalty database so I can access the appeal function.
