Account banned for gameplay enhancements

Hello my account : Tsarbombax has been banned the 11th March 2026 for gameplay enhancement. At the beginning I was lost and thought that was because of the gamesir G7 pro controller because recently a lot of players using that controller got banned for no reason . Then I realized that day , a different IP address was on my account and also I found a lot of suspicious IP address on my account . I did multiples ban appeal to prove that I’m not lying but they are all getting declined. I really need help it’s been since season 0 I’m playing the game I bought the ultimate battle pass . I have over 1000 legendaries items on my account . I have 74.6k Kills . Multiples preds and I swear to god I never cheated. Also the hacker somehow got access to my account even with the ban on it . Please I’m so mad and sad because I was going to do the OPEN ALGS game I couldn’t and now I can’t even play comp . So please review my case properly. I play on Xbox (zTsay) and PlayStation (iTsay-) I need help asap . Case number : 240518076
