I treat all advisors nice. but why do they blocked me from making case for my account? Is this how they handle players with their concerns? @EA_Aljo @EA_Darko @EA_DarDar

4 years agoI'm not seeing any additional bans that wouldn't allow you to create a case. It looks like you're trying to delete your account. Try contacting our support through Twitter (@EAHelp) or Facebook (facebook.com/eahelphub). That should get you in touch with an advisor.

@EA_Aljo Even twitter EA cant help with my concern. this is Manage my account > Banned or Suspendend Account.
- dSKyNafinchin4 years agoHero@MostlyEco_TTV I hate to say it, but from what I read, your situation appears to be final. You are able to appeal account bans up to 3 times, each time being investigated by a different ToS member. The ToS team has all of the internal data, including the data that you have downloaded about your account. You appear to have exhausted all 3 appeals at this point. After that, the actions are final, from what I know. I believe your only options at this point would be to either make a new account to play on, or move on from the game entirely. Definitely sucks, but that seems to be where you find yourself now.

You have used up all of your disputes. The ban will not be lifted so continuing to create cases is not going to restore access.
