Sorry to hear that someone else had gotten into your account and you weren't able to take part in certain events as a result.
I'm glad to hear you've been able to recover the account through support, however I'm afraid there's nothing we'd be able to grant or provide the account in these situations. That would be the case whether there was an event or limited-time content or just general progress you'd missed out on as a result, as we are not able to provide progress or compensation for content that wasn't completed.
I understand that may have been due to someone else gaining access to the account, but I'm afraid if there was an implication that posting here would potentially result in further review or compensation, that would be incorrect. We can certainly pass along feedback that this has the potential to happen when someone is unable to access particular events or content, but we're not able to provide individual accounts anything that was missed regardless of why that was the case.
