Account got hacked then banned.

So last week on Monday turn my ps5 on and load apex up just to have a pop up your account has been disabled. I contact EA and they tell me not to worry everything will get sorted. With their help I managed to get back into my account and change my information to what it was, adding my mobile, secondary email address for further security. Within an hour the hacker managed to get back onto my account removed the added security that I added and changed his real name to "camera color", d.o.b, country, region etc. Got back to on EA chat as quick as I could and was told that they would investigate and it could take up to 10 days. When arriving home after work turned my laptop on and was logged out of steam which I found weird. Tried logging in just to discover that someone hacked into my steam account. Reported this to steam and manage to get my account back within 24 hours as they could verify that someone did in fact manage to get into my account and with their great help got my account back. I wanted to keep EA updated on the situation so I wanted to write to them. This is where things were even crazier in my cases I found a ticket that the hacker sent to EA for PC platform not ps5 asking why the account was banned, anti cheat must have detected his streaming software and accidentally banned him. Also writes that he spent so much money in the game because of how beautiful the flowers are....
I reported this also to EA along with the problem I had with steam and they said not to worry they will be able to sort it.
Since then I hadn't had any updates on where the investigation is up too and I thought I would write to them regarding the ban as I felt my account is secured. Got declined of course.
They have pictures I have my EA data where in the files you clearly see that my account was logged in from America with new email address and information was then logged in again after that in Canada.
So last night I contacted them asking for an update on my account and after checking ,this was the reply I received from Joan in chat :
Don't worry, I understand. Now, I'm sorry to inform you that the claim has been declined, there is no information that I can share with you, just that this was the third time the claim was started and this time the decision is final.
I know this is not the outcome you expected and if there was a way to help you I would do it but has been three times so it is not possible.
I just couldn't believe it. I tried sending an e-mail and opening a new ticket but doesn't work either. I would love to know how steam managed to fix it in such little time and with EA it's impossible..... I have the pictures, there's proof I've been a member of EA for such a long time and spent so much money especially on apex. Been playing solid since season 3 I've unlocked nearly everything and the thought I injected money recently to obtain the artifact just leaves me speechless.
It looks like I've reached a dead end and that my account is gone forever and you can imagine how angry I am inside about the whole situation.
If anyone has any help to offer on what I could do or should do would be much appreciated. I tried calling them but that doesn't work as a voicemail just tells you to go online.
