account got reset

i've tried a couple things but i can't find a solution but basically i used to play a lot on xbox and i don't remember what ea account it was tied to because i don't know how all that works and it was awhile ago but then i played on pc and linked my xbox to a new ea account but now i lost all my items and i cant find out what account they're on and so im completely lost with no items😔🥺
