My issue with the current appeal system is that it feels like it being reviewed by AI - in my appeals I explained everything that might have caused it and I got the rejected within a very short period of time, like 12 hours. Since alot of users who were unbanned also claimed their appeals were initially denied and only after visiblity they got their accounts back. Lets see how it goes, I'll update here asa I get a response.
This is all I could write. Thanks again for forwarding these posts to proper people. I hope we get some sort of resolution. Cheaters would just and get a new account but for me and other legit players it feels like a stab in the back - really dissappointed.

From what I know, bans are reviewed by real people, however if you hit the point of "automatic replies", (which are often seen as a bot/AI), that is the "final decision" message, where the ban "will be upheld", but hopefully something can be done for the legit players who are still banned.

Believe me, I'd be pretty upset too if my account was falsely banned as I've put in over 6k hours on the EA App alone:
I have Heirlooms for Valkyrie, Lifeline and Bloodhound, (as well as the Power Sword with all the variants):
I have been playing since month 1 of the game's release:
and while my stats aren't that impressive, I've been consistently gold/plat in ranked, (besides Season 17, where Masters was too easy to achieve):
I had spent around $250 or so, (I got the Power Sword after that event was over and had gotten Lifeline's/Bloodhound's Heirloom from the Black Friday 2 for 1 random Heirloom pack, while Valkyrie's was the lucky 500 pack I had opened, (yay -_-), I had bought around 120 Apex Packs extra packs since then, (I've honestly lost count)).
I had also bought Lifeline's/Bloodhound's legend editions and was gifted Octane's, Loba's, and Pathfinder's legend editions when those were still purchasable on Steam:
So yeah, it would be a stab in the back to be falsely banned.
