Add this.

So you are playing console on a normal wireless controller and then you come up against someone with an elite wireless controller who Is using wraiths small hit box advantage.

1v1 happens and its close quarters then all of sudden from the wraith she starts crouching and firing at the speed of light. Furious as i was I tried to master this ability myself in the firing range. On a normal wireless it's not even on the same level of technique and speed you get on the elite.

I went to my friends after work and said can I try apex with your elite controller, binded the crouch button to back right paddle....went wraith to combo up the hit box and it took some time to get used to but it felt faster and way more flush.

Long story short for me this is a tad unfair for people not using normal controllers. Sure on this thread people are going to jump in and say " I can do it on a normal wireless controller at the same speed get gid" but am sure this isn't the way you intended the game to play respawn.

Add a delay if you crouch and fire at the same time. Half a second is all it would take. Cause it only works for that one character.

    Isn't that already in the game? 

    My friend and i tested this in firing range and while my friend though he was being evasive on my end he (playing as Lifeline) barely bent her neck down a little.

    @NACHONOV0 all that just to complain about crouch spam

    It's not that bad, aim center mass or a bit above mid.

    Everytime they crouch, you'll land headshots and the other times you'll hit the body.

    It's not that complicated to learn, just hard to do so if you still play the same way you did 5 years ago.

    I play claw and I can hit all my buttons and fire at the same times which leads to a good amount of wins since I can spam and slide around all while keeping my aim and firing.

    The game also has a bit of a self fix to this since its not as instant as other games and is only really helpful if the other person is ONLY aiming at the head.

    I don't think it's been removed but to be fair on your post it's only wraiths am seeing going at the speed they do it at. Any info on a fix would make my day because give it another week and your normal apex games will be full of elite controller wraith players OR people quiting on character select because they couldn't get wraith.

    @iBlockHead I think you're missing the important part of wireless controller on low profile characters VS wireless elite controller on low profile characters.

    @NACHONOV0  Ok so,  if the elite controllers are allowing people to crouch shoot spam quicker than a standard controller would allow and then respawn adds a delay in attempt to prevent this. How would the game differentiate between elite and normal controllers? If it can't then both parties would receive the same nerf and the delay would be exactly the same between elite/standard controller players wouldn't it?

    Not against or for the idea just curious as to whether it would actually be viable.
