Aim assist of console players do not mean anything on pc lobbies since average console player is too weak compared to average pc player because of low specs of the harware. I never encountered a decent console player even with the 0.6 aim assist it is weaker due to low frame rate and input lag. And only time you see a console player as a pc player is when they queued with a pc player so it is not a very common thing. And they just probably want to play with their friends otherwise there is no reason to leave console lobbies for more sweaty and wallhack infested pc lobbies.

Problem is most players just use controller on pc just because it is stronger, not because they are playing every fps game with a controller. Most of them are using m&k in every other game.

As long as aim assist exist in pc, game would be always infested with wallhackers more compared to other games. Wallhack is hardest cheat to detect compared to aim hack and when you have aim assist already you can just use wallhack and play for years without getting banned unless your specific cheat is targeted by anti cheat. There are plenty of pro level players banned after years and most of them were on controller.
