Thank you for always providing a great Apex Legends experience.
Currently, cross-progression between different platforms is not available,
so players cannot carry over their progress, skins, and badges when switching platforms.
If this feature is implemented, players will have more freedom to choose their play environment
and enjoy Apex Legends for a longer period of time.
Please consider adding cross-progression support in the future.
S-MoMoTaR0-3 Apex Legends does offer Cross Progression, (which is done by linking your platform accounts to the same EA Account), however if you were hoping to merge your Apex progress and data from multiple different platform accounts, that may no longer be possible as Cross Progression was released in October of 2023 and was rolled out to players until April/May of 2024.
Furthermore, your Apex progress and data is stored in your EA Account, (and progress between two, (or more), EA Accounts cannot be shared/merged).
In short: If connecting your platform accounts to your EA Account didn't prompt Cross Progression, then that would mean that the game will use the Apex progress and data that is stored in your EA Account, (rather then merging your platform accounts progress and data into one).

I would like to ask for your assistance regarding Apex Legends cross-progression.
I am currently using the same EA account on both PS5 and Steam.
I have already checked my EA account connections and confirmed that both my PlayStation Network and Steam accounts are linked to the same EA account.
However, my progress, skins, and levels are not syncing between PS5 and Steam.
I have tried clearing the cache, changing servers, and switching logins multiple times, but the situation has not improved.
Could you please check on the EA account side whether the cross-progression data is syncing correctly?
If necessary, I would greatly appreciate it if you could manually trigger the synchronization.
