I haven’t logged on to Apex for a month or so but when I do everything I have, including legends, is gone the only items remaining are non-event common, rare and epic rarity items everything else, from events, battle passes, the store and even my heirlooms are gone, having been replaced by 100 apex packs, everything on my account is lost and all EA does is give me one hundred packs? Does anyone know what I can do? My account name is SC Spite.
Also, just noticed, when hovering over legends or weapons it shows the skins I used to have on, my legendaries I no longer have and when I click on the legend or weapon it switches to the base skin.
Yes, your XBox account will have all the things you unlocked on XBox.
Your PC account will have everything you have unlocked on PC.
They are totally separate accounts, for all intents, even if tied to the same EA Account. There is no cross progression.
Community AdminHi, as others have alluded to, there seems to be a mixup over cross-progression or specifically the lack of it. Starting on PC, it won't bring across any of your console content and it's largely the same as starting from scratch. If you log into your Xbox you should be able to access your content as normal.
There was one thing I noticed which might lead to further issues down the line for a potential future implementation of cross-progression.
Your posting account and seemingly PC gaming account are not the same as your Xbox account, they're functionally completely separate and might complicate things if you want a consolidation in the future.
So you may want to go to ea.com, then log out and back in using the Xbox login option. This will make sure you're on the appropriate account linked to Xbox, and you may want to use this one when playing on PC.
