I think it's a good idea, the recolor should be available anytime, no need to wait for months just for the shop to rotate recolor skin.

Note: Only new recolor show in shop for 1st time, after that, it should be available anytime.

Merry Christmas! I hope that this change gets implemented so that we as players have more to look forward to. The unboxing of legendary is nice but then the chances of getting one are so low. Yes, they've made getting packs easier since the level change but what about all that time before it? We've been max level for so long. And some people like yourself have quit the game because of bad experiences with teammates. There's so much the game can do and I also have plenty ideas but this skin one is very minuscule that I think should be helped to improve the quality of life for its players.
