Am I doing as poorly as I think?

@XvArawnvX Last time I played with someone that made a similar offer, I ended up jumping right off the map. I was mortified and immediately disconnected out of sheer embarrassment. Haven't loaded the game since. On top of that EA seems to have zero communication with complaints. I made the case about a simple missing apex pack from level 45 of the battle pass. The only contact I've had was automated emails that directed me to the place I just submitted the claim. There was even a pair of emails, one with a code and the other asking for said code. Upon providing the code, I get another automated response saying they don't monitor those emails. How exactly was I supposed to give you the damn code then? All this is making me want to boycott EA games. I would have rather they just flipped me off and said "sucks to be you".

@LLcraigJ0302 Are you sure the pack was missing? Many times you get the BP reward after a game but it doesn't notify you until after your next game. So you open the pack when it appears, play the next game, get the notice and think you didn't get it. This also happens for items in the BP.
