Will getting the heirloom shards via unlocking all the items from the collection event reset the chance of getting an heirloom via packs?

Nope, unlocking heirlooms doesn't reset the counter 🙂

  @CKG_Slyht_35 I have had opened 400+ packs before, after buying all the skins in collection event I have recieved the shards. Right after this I went and bought 140 apex packs, well I havent recieved no heirloom from my 500 packs opened. This means the counter has been resetted after getting the shards through the collection event. TBH I spent around 130 EUR for the packs believing that I would get my well deserved heirloom. But my money is gone for nothing
