Dude... Let it go. It's not gonna happen. Though, it does amuse me... Whenever theres a game that does keep KB&M separate from Controller users, the KB&M crew always sing their own praises, "Oh we're so much better then controller, controllers can't aim, oh even with aim assist I'd rek a console peasant." But then whenever they're actually put up against Controllers its "This is so unfair, stupid controllers..."
It's a nightmare in my opinion to go up against an aim assist controller while learning the device. I've noticed directly that while using a mouse that my aim requires my full attention every step of the way (like mentally), but while I'm on the controller I forget it.
I can be listening to music, on the phone, Discord, having people over, it just doesn't matter. 1 crumb on my mouse however and I'm doomed LOL.

@KYSOMTI agree with you about MNK begin harder to use , but one one get used to it then they benefits out weight the negatives.
on the other hand no matter how good someone is with controller still there will limitations and nothing anyone can do about it.
i don't think Respawn can do anything about AA , it's something that it's been there since the age of gaming also don't forget about console players who make a big part of player base so no one will want to mess with console players and make them leave the game.
moment of truth , let's say Respawn removed the AA then what ?
will MNK players are going to be happy because now they have the upper hand ?
also when the AA is removed we all know that people will adapt and also the cycle will start again but this time it will be against the MNK because Respawn should or will remove A LOT of thing that MNK can do but controller can not and that will happen because no input should not be unbalanced and having the upper hand in every aspect.
i hope you find that it make sense , MNK dominate in long range , roller in short range it's as simple as that.- 2 years ago@maximas1986 "MNK dominate in long range, roller in short range it's as simple as that"
yeah but how many fights are just purely long-range battles in Apex? nowadays people push fights 90% of the time it's always short-range battles. Honestly, that's why MNK players complain. - Anonymous2 years ago

I'll agree that a mouse & keyboard is hard for some, but I think the biggest issue (myself) is desk space. Another issue is while aiming with the mouse is having to be fully mentally aware at all times of what I'm doing. With the keyboard it's accidentally hitting the wrong key at times.
@maximas1986 wrote: on the other hand no matter how good someone is with controller still there will limitations and nothing anyone can do about it.A controller with aim assistance is more precise than a human could ever be. What I mean by that is software like aim assistance is code, and a human can't achieve that same level of precision. So it's my belief that software shouldn't be used to balance two different inputs. It could be totally true that both have limitations in certain situations, but what I'm talking about is why use software to balance physical limitations.Like, if two cars were in a race and one was physically better, should one be given an automated driver?
That's how I look at an aim assisted input device (if you understand that analogy). It makes no sense to me why controllers would get aim assistance in console games let alone to balance two drastically different input devices.
Another point that I think of is why do mouse & keyboard users deserve to be aim assisted in the first place just because they chose that specific input device. Why ruin mouse & keyboard players' experience just because they choose a device such as mouse & keyboard? This isn't an issue of them inputting into the console ecosystem, but the opposite.Hope that wasn't too confusing for my thoughts on this, I can try to write it better if it was.In my opinion the majority of users won't ever play competitively, so I don't think the answer is directly removing aim assistance, but just having a mode available like input based matchmaking could be beneficial, overall.Aim assistance isn't always abused, but used by casuals, I totally get that. Everyone should have the ability to experience a video game, but at what cost does this accessibility ruin someone else's day and everyone is okay with it.At what point should one input device be given assistance, just because it could be inferior to another (could be as in, it's not directly possible to prove controllers are inferior, just popular belief).Mouse & keyboard users asking for a fair environment, while controller users stating the other has more ability so give them aim assistance.Someone could argue that it's because of the keyboard having the ability to use more ingame keybinds, but I would counter argue that's because the developers decided to not give the controller the same level of customizable options like they do to keyboard users.Someone could also argue that the mouse has more ability in the sensitivity range compared to a thumbstick, but that doesn't take into account the mice user's own dedication of that device or the fact if they have enough space to fully utilize it. Any mice user could set their DPI (dots per inch) to 800 and 1.0 ingame, but you still need the physical space to use the actual device at that sensitivity.Like physically taking the mouse & keyboard out of the equation, aim assistance is still present, that shouldn't be by using mouse & keyboard as its justification.
Why do consoles have extra aim assistance, but no access to native mouse & keyboard support? No controller only game should offer aim assistance. If the argument is about the possible ability of one device, then aim assistance doesn't work in a controller only environment because everyone is on an equal playing field, but we don't see that.I honestly believe that new users for mouse & keyboard need a safe and fair environment just like everyone else. Getting killed over and over by an aim assisted device while learning an unassisted one is very disencouraging.

i hope you find that it make sense , MNK dominate in long range , roller in short range it's as simple as that.First I don't think like that personally, like I don't feel the majority of PC gamers have biased intentions towards another input device, truly.
Like if aim assistance got a nerf and/ or input based matchmaking got added (to PC) mouse & keyboard players might feel happy, but not because something was taken away from controller users, but because they would be able to game without software deciding their fate. It's just one of those things that needs a hands-on approach to fully understand. 50 hours of mouse & keyboard in Apex Legends (public) solo. That is the best way to experience what I'm talking about.
At some point during this experience you will see someone with the worst movement possible, but at the sametime have the strongest aim.
Now in regards to tap-strafing. Yeah, I don't like it personally, but I don't consider it a cheat forsay. Like, it's a way that the physics engine works or something, so it's technically part of the game itself in my opinion. Also, most controllers on PC are more than able to tap-strafe, just have to use the Steam controller configuration. If Respawn would allow a way to add extra keybinds then the console could do it too.
