just see a lot of negativity but honestly thinking about how the game used to be an the improvements they have made i am having a lot of fun(like evo shields are just so much better than how shields used to be) enjoying fuse a lot, enjoying caustic a lot and really enjoying learning rampart, i mean yes apex has its issues but i am still having fun
Not much. I really like this community but the game has been in steady decline, with bad direction. Map updates make them consistently worse each release, character releases have change the way the game plays for much, much worse, and old characters are ignored when it comes to balance. Of course, bugs are a constant issue, including major things like sound, not being able to pick your character, and getting stuck in terrain with things like Loba’s bracelet.
Not like there aren’t good things but those were overcome with problems for at least the past half year.
I have said before I’m wrapping my battle pass and I’m search of a better multiplayer, sci fi shooter.
I enjoy it, but i would enjoy it more if i didnt have to play vs an unfair system 😉
@EshshshssI physically can’t. I posted a thread a while ago. My screen just stays at the screen where you look at a POI while waiting for everyone to load (the one where it says 58/60 players). I have to rely on pre-picking a legend in a lobby. If my random teammate picks my legend then I’m given a random legend.

I played three games last night before the first crash so switched to SMITE. I generally don't like Unreal Engine games, but it's okay.
Pros
+ big player base
+ till Diamond 4 at least you can mix things up - legends guns tactics etc. and still win
+ can't compare with other BR games as this is my first and only one, but at the same time I don't feel a need to switch as I know that most probably other games will have the same issues and I will have to invest again 1000+h to become good at the game
Minuses
- big newb player base who just like to focus on badges or quick boost ranking rather than fundamentals like teamwork, communication, actually making their best effort to play in team not just solo-queue / try to make others play how a player sees fit
- constant technical issues
- lack of transparency from Respawn's side regarding what's going on with the game, why people get randomly banned, why hackers do not get banned and submitted videos not watch for at least 3 months etc.
- lack of transparency regarding "additional" features of the game e.g. I saw right away all the fuzz about tap-strafing being removed/altered, yet I did not see any info on when and why it was introduced = leading to the information vacuum and somewhat unfair disadvantage to people who just don't have "insider's info"
- hacker hacker hackers and no system to ban them
- aim assist/forced play vs controller players while playing on M&K
- community where streamers/pro players who are hacking and using game exploits are worshiped and which in turn affects community e.g. brainless "sheeesh" players and stuff like that
I have mixed feelings overall - there are days when I enjoy the game, yet there are days e.g. when Apex was crashing and I didn't play for 3 days and I didn't miss it a bit.
