Apex Account got banned for no reason.

I got banned for no reason.

Around March of this year was the time that I wanted to start playing Apex again. After a year of not playing Apex. However, my email account got hacked and my Apex account was hacked along with it. They changed the email and my IGN associated with it. Fortunately, I was able to recover my account thanks to the support team but after almost a month of playing Apex again. My Account got banned for no apparent reason last April 19, 2022. I wasn't able to play apex for a couple of days because of my work and busy schedule then when I logged in I got a message that my account got banned.

I'm mainly playing with my friends and I'm not even good at it. My current rank is plat even spent money to buy skins. I just don't know what to do anymore since this is my only outlet of relieving stress and depression because of work. and my life.

I created a case by disputing my banned account but they only replied that they are still reviewing or investigating on what is the cause of my account getting banned.

So basically, they just ban accounts without any specific reason

Can someone please help me with this?

Hey all, for any TOS issue you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

  • They always say no reason here.

But there is always a reason they just don't want to admit to.

@Kyldenar Agreed. I'm getting sick of all these "falsely banned" posts. There might be an error every 1 of 100 times. I could see that, maybe. The mods should just delete them for spam at this point.
  • @Kyldenar why are you generalizing? I won't be looking for help if I know I did something wrong and again I am mainly playing with my friends. I rarely go solo and when I do I rarely use in-game voice chat or text chat.

@Kyldenar No reason to post in all caps.

@Oww_gaming Sorry to hear about what happened to you. Getting hacked is never fun but glad to hear that you were able to get that fixed. I do have to agree with @Kyldenar there is always a reason for a ban. Not all of the reasons revolve around cheating in the sense of using hacks macros and such, there are also things like playing constantly with cheaters, boosting other players and or playing with others to be boosted (EA/Respawn is currently cracking down on this), teaming with other teams to farm damage or kills, being toxic, sabotaging other players games, the list goes on. Think about all the games you played how you played them and who you played them with and you might figure out the reason.

Occasionally and this is a rare thing a false ban does happen. So if after a lot of thought about this if you feel that your account was unjustly actioned upon you should submit a ticket to the ToS to dispute the action.

If you are suffering from depression please seek some professional help. I agree that Apex is great for some stress relief or letting off some steam and having fun but it can not help with depression nor can any form of gaming.

I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors.

After knowing the reason for the ban, it was a fraudulent payment. I used my PayPal and saw nothing. no reverse charges or whatnot.

Now they told me that they won't be replying on this matter.

What kind of support is this if they don't reply?  I have proof and am willing to work with them on this case.
