Hi SadPotatoX ,

We understand why this would be frustrating, especially if a ban was later reversed while a related rank penalty remained in place.

That said, we’re not able to review or change account actions through the forums, and we also can’t verify appeal outcomes or enforcement details on specific cases here. Appeals and penalty reviews need to go through the appropriate Terms of Service channels.

If you or the affected player believes a related penalty is still in place incorrectly, the best next step would be to submit another appeal and clearly explain that the original ban was overturned, while the connected rank action was not. Including that context as clearly and specifically as possible may help with follow-up review.

Hey, I also got banned wrongfully 6 days ago for "Gameplay Enhancements" too. I appealed three times already just to receive the same bot-like responses like the photos you attached. Could you be able to share the process your friend on Discord did in order to get a real human being to thoroughly look at my account to validate that I wasnt cheating? Any information would be greatly appreciated. I also wouldnt be opposed to chatting on discord if you can. mine is "thenewhatsu"

thenewhatsu The only thing you can do is to keep appealing your ban.

Furthermore, if the ban was indeed false, I would imagine that it would be overturned eventually like how it was for LwkHurt and SadPotatoX, (however, I sadly cannot guarantee that you would be unbanned).
