If you have not yet done so, please contact our Support Team to resecure the EA account and report being hacked following this guide. The Contact Us button is at the bottom of the guide.
Then, you may try to submit a new Appeal form once again. We cannot change the decision made by our Terms of Service Moderation Team after their investigation. I'm sorry.
