Apex ban

I need to speak to a developer or someone real in support staff as my account was wrongfully banned on October 25, 2024. I have over 5000 hours on the game, 20+ heirlooms, and had spent a few hundreds of dollars on the game. I play for almost everyday and suddenly got ban. I have never cheated in any game and I only que with full parties and on the rare occasion I do not have a full party I do not use in-game voice chat. So there is no reason I should be banned. I have filed multiple disputes on this ban and they have all been declined; however, I have yet to be told the exact reason I have been banned. This is ridiculous. Why in the world would I cheat or do anything to get banned when I have over 5000 hours on the game and spent that much money. That does not make any sense. I need someone to tell me how to move forward with this as I refuse to let this happen when i have done nothing wrong. I need this reverted and I do not know how to move forward given EA's apparently horrible support system. Any help would be amazing because as I said before this is ridiculous.
