No, unfortunately you still cannot transfer any progress from platform-to-platform with the exception of Origin to Steam.
Community ManagerHey @thomawsnewsham as Apex Legends is not cross-platform then it is not possible to transfer content or progress from one platform to another.
As such, you will be unable to use your Xbox character unlocks and progress on PC.

No, unfortunately you still cannot transfer any progress from platform-to-platform with the exception of Origin to Steam.
This needs to be solved. I have gamepass for Xbox and I am not (replaying) or buying things twice just because you can’t cross progress…at the minimum purchased content.
