My account was banned, and I can't create a case. Please Help

My Apex Legends account was wrongfully banned for “gameplay enhancement” on November 6th. I wasn’t even playing at that time — I was at work — so this ban came as a complete shock. I’ve never cheated or used any third-party software, and I’ve been playing Apex since Season 1 because I truly love the game. It’s the only game I consistently enjoy and spend my free time on.

I’ve tried to appeal the ban through the EA website, but the appeal system isn’t working properly and won’t let me submit my case. I’m asking for a fair review of my account because I’ve always played legitimately and care deeply about my progress and the Apex community.
