Apex heirloom

Been playing Sence launch and bought well over 200 packs never recieved one

    Hey @Canuckian23. 

    Heirlooms have a super low drop rate out of packs. I don't know the exact number, but it's less than 1% chance. 

    If you manage to open 500 packs without ever seeing one you'll get a chunk of heirloom shards after that 500th pack, though.

@EA_Kent what is a chunk of heirloom shards is that 150 ?? and does that percentage increase with every apex pack opened

    @Archer_980_ne1l Remains the same with guaranteed drop at 500 packs. You get 150 shards at once.
