Your right I'm anti-social as hell. Team player I definitely am. Make smart plays share loot. Make good calls. What I won't be is a game tutor. I'm not sitting in game try to convince my teammate why he shouldn't take a 301 shot at a enemy running 200m away...I'm not gonna argue with the jump master about where to go..you ping I'll go...so long as it ain't the supply ship or straight down...it's a waste of time...why waste my time dropping supply ship scrambling for a gun not getting one and then jumping off to discover that the town below has been looted. It's a waste of time. And it's not that I despise playing with random teammates. It's that I despise playing with teammates who have never played before. I despise playing with random teammates who do dumb * that'll put us behind for the rest of the match...but as soon as solos or ranked or skill based are released I'll be there...
You say that you don't want to be a tutor like it takes a whole match. You don't need to spend that much time teaching them. It takes what, three seconds at the beginning of a match to say that the dropship is a bad play. Two seconds to ask what weapons your teammates have. "Hey, it looks like we don't have any mid range, lets take care of that." If you hate playing with newbies, be the group leader. At worst, they die and you go solo. At best, lead by example and they follow your orders: swap good attachments, use your mic, be a good player and you teach them via osmosis. Back in Quake 3 we used to just play. You learned strafe-jumping, rocket-jumping and plasma-climbing by watching others. Yeah, you played with a fair few idiots, but they were useful idiots. Above all, remember that Apex is a battle-royal fps. Even if someone is at a low level, they might not be terrible. I have a job, and a family. I cant play that much, hence I'm a level 17. This doesn't mean that I don't understand the game, and don't win. I've played fps games for over 20 years, and spent more than a few playing large team based ones. these skills are largely transferable.
If you treat each new match as an opportunity not a burden, you'll have more fun, you will look better in comparison, and might even inadvertently improve others. Just remember, you quitting doesn't remove bad players from the pool. They are still out there in the ether ready to match up with you again; But if you lead by example they will become better eventually, and the pool of useless noobs will shrink.
Also note that if history is anything to go by, leaving a match early doesn't exactly place you in good standing in the inevitable skill based matchmaking. It sure would be a shame if in trying to find players of similar skill you were to be matched with other quitters... It almost seems like another popular Source engine game does this to it's players...

Bro I'd have no problem doing this type of stuff if ppl had brains and comms but 95% somehow don't have comms...50% of the jump master I get paired with don't even ping a land they jump straight down. It's exhausting to try to coach 9/10 teams out of stupidity. I have NO PROBLEM playing with casual players who have mics and can communicate...I mean the ping wheel has what 12 different call outs? How many have you heard? 6 o'clock "I'm heading there"...8 o'clock " I'm watching that spot"...10 o'clock "someone's been here"...4 o' clock "defending that area"....how many ppl with no comms have you play with that use anything other than rb or enemy ping? How many random have you played with that know they can check my gear by pressing start? How many random have you played with that call out " I need scope for ....." For the sole purpose of letting you know what I'm running? I'm not talking to myself in game Everytime trying to teach new players that type of stuff EVERY GAME. here's another one....player here's gunshots..."was that you?" My thought... " Did the gun fire animation appear next to my name?" My response...." No two teams northwest"...

Hitman i totally agree with everything you are saying, i do not like to be a babysitter either but you find dumb people even in your workplace.
The only thing i do not accept is that you leave the game as soon as you find difficulties; every game is different and has is own story but something can be learned in all of them.
I still suck but i've got my tactit, my spots, my dropzone where i know the loot level. Sometimes i play with friends, sometimes with random that can be either good or bad but still fun somehow!
My hope is that they will introduce a clan system in the future!
