KARMA SYSTEM.
I have played the game from release, and the way I see it, the problem with leavers haven't been truly resolved yet. I'm not talking about ranked, but in general (pubs/arena).
I know most of you have "I wont wait for 20 minutes watching you running away trying to spawn me" mindset, but there are some of those player out there who thrive playing as a team rather selfishly returning to lobby *cough wraith cough*.
so I'm proposing :
Karma system.
I have read the rep suggestion, but I'm thinking more in-depth rather than giving other people rep, I know lots of you didn't bother to click some name after a match.
So here is my idea :
Everyone start with 100 Karma points, every time you leave a match early, you lose 15 karma, if you leave match in a row, it adds up by 5 point to max out 25.
If you got less than 50 karma, you will be placed in the same lobby with those who have same karma point.
You will only get the chest reward after 2 level up (not 1).
every reward from the opening apex chest will have 15% less amount (crafting metal etc).
can only gain blue and white quality from opening apex pack, and less crafting material acquisition in game (only 90-80%).
If you got less than 10 karma, you will also be placed in the same lobby with those who have same karma point
You will only get the chest reward after 3 level up (not 1).

How to gain Karma point?
-Recovering downed teammate gave you 2 karma point. If its a premade squad or in you friend list, you gain 1.
-Recovering teammate banner gave you 3 karma point. If its a premade squad or in you friend list, you gain 1.
-Respawning teammate will give you 4 karma point. If its a premade squad or in you friend list, you gain 2.
-Finishing the game whether you die or win, in which you see the eliminated/defeat/win screen you gain 5 karma point, If its a premade squad or in you friend list, you gain 2.
I will also suggest implement a bit of karma gifting system, you can only give karma/reps to the player who finish the game with you without leaving, every reps/karma can be given is
-Good. +2 karma, If its a premade squad or in you friend list its +1
-Great. +3 karma, If its a premade squad or in you friend list +1
-Magnificent . +4 Karma, If its a premade squad or in you friend list +2
Can only given to one name/account once perday.
I have explain the bad side of less karma. what about good karma?. It will depends on the developer if the implement this.
My idea is : you can have max out 150 karma.
More than 110 karma :
Every reward from the opening apex pack will have 5% more amount (crafting metal etc).
will only have one white quality upon opening apex pack and more crafting material acquisition in game (around 5-7%).
Maxed out 150 karma :
Every reward from the opening apex pack will have 7% more amount (crafting metal etc).
no white quality upon opening apex pack and more crafting material acquisition in game (around 9%).
with this system, I just wish everyone can play better as a team player rather than leaving after getting downed.

I like the idea of this system though, I think rewarding good players and matching them up with other likeminded players is a healthy way to run the game.
