Apex legends abandon penalty
Can yall please get rid of this stupid thing? It sucks when your team abandons you and I'm waiting for nothing.

I will say this again here.
We are being penalized for using a in game feature.
You wouldn't use a phone that locks you out for using text messaging over calling.
You won't use a toilet that locks the lid after you flush it.
Again, the option to leave the game is infact apart of the game for us to use.
To be penalized for using it is * poor planning.
Biggest issues with this system:
You are penalizing users of your product for using your product.
It is being misused from it's "intended function"
It punishes new players.
I will not use a product that punishes you for using something for it's intended use.
If you don't want people to leave in the match, then take the option out or have it accessible to playwrs who cannot be respawned back in the game.
Until this issue is resolved, I will not play Apex. I will give it to the next patch update before I uninstall it completely. Which is a sgame because this game has alot of potential, and this will be the death of Apex if it's not fixed.

You are correct sir. I have good enough sense to know how to create a product for the end user to enjoy.
While you all are arguing about "rage quitters" and squabbling back and forth, I have shown what the problem and gave a proper logical solution.
If someone gets mad and quits in a game. Let them. I don't want to play with them anyways.
There is a reason why the felt the need to give the user the option to leave a match. Adding this system in such a wrong mannor has heavily crippled the game in the worst way possible.
If you don't want people quitting in the match then don't give it as a option. Don't add the option then lock people out for using it. This game will not last till December if this system is not changed from it's current state. But you go ahead and enjoy your phone that locks you out for sending a text message. I have plenty of other games I enjoy playing.

Nobody stops you from leaving. Just accept punishment.
This game NEEDS penalty.

1) you are one of these who rage-quit
2) you don't play with randoms and you don't see real situation
in any case your opinion has no value.@SlivPTSThis current system is not the way to do it. It is no different than being locked out of playing by using the same legend 3 times in a row, or using a certain weapon. The leave game option is there for a reason. If they didn't want people to leave, the option shouldn't be there in the first place. Doing that is only a matter of adding one if conditional into the code. Not even a 5 minute job to do.
Such a penalty system would be applicable for those who use INT commands (pc) or soft/hard resets of the device used for game play.
The abandon penalty is a joke this was sposed to be fun. It's not. I don't see how it helps ranked. It's absurd. If I go solo and get not the best teammates. I should be able to leave and enjoy another match. Especially if your in bronze or silver. Sbmm is a joke. Remove ranked completely. IMHO The top 500 players are the best not because they are the top 500. But because of streamers and sponsors teams ext THEY GET PAID TO PUT UP WITH IT . Ranked only works in apex if you have 3 friends. I DONT, The whole idea is for team play and well EA you are not setting us up for that. JUST FORCING US TO GO ALONG SO YOU CAN GET MORE $$ Solo is so f#$%&## broke in this game. I pay for live ON XBOX, I pay for internet TO PLAY ON PC and I pay to play this game virtual OUTFITS that cost real money, Every season I pay to get more stuff. I guess I should stop. We pay your bills EA remove what we don't want or don't get paid. Its that simple the customer is right. ALWAYS.

what about the hundreds of thousands of players that wanted the Penalty put back in after season 2 because players were leaving their teammates behind to fight other squads with a man or two down.
How Fun is it to play against a squad in a 1 v 3 or a 2 v 3, sorry to say it's not and kills the enjoyment out of the game. It's a team game plain and simple stop rushing in to just to die with out your team.
Sounds like you're more mad at Micro$oft more then you're at EA. Getting ripped off playing a Free to play game and having to pay for a live service to play it LoL.
The game isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
Also Stop making new Accounts you look foolish, like we can't already tell you're part of the forums already with another two+ name's.

As for the game. I'm done buying. You are absolutely right, It's not fun to 1v 3 so that's why we should be able to abandon.
You assume a lot about my play style. You are a bit condescending, I'm not mad at Microsoft. So lol your self.
Don't attack me personally because you only have one thing to say on your side of the discussion.
We should be able to leave to find a squad with a better vibe. This is penalty is a mistake.
After sleeping on this I feel I'm wasting my time and yours. I'm just not spending my cash or time on this game.
