Apex Legends Account was hacked and banned.
Around February 9th, my Apex Legends account was hacked into and banned permanently by EA. I've tried twice now to appeal the ban and they still won't unban me. What can I even do at this point? Is there information that I need to send?
I actually don't know what I can do anymore, and it's been a couple of months since then, so I'm not sure if they'll even help me at this point. I hadn't even played until I had found out I had been banned.
Do they even read the appeal, or check my IP or some *? It genuinely feels like I'm talking to a brick wall. I tried twice and talked with an agent but they won't help me at all.

First you need to recover your hacked account and secure it:

After you have done that then you should dispute the ban:

Provide as much info as you can including all info on the hacked account recovery process from EA help for the ToS team.
