Apex Legends Account was hacked and banned.

Around February 9th, my Apex Legends account was hacked into and banned permanently by EA. I've tried twice now to appeal the ban and they still won't unban me. What can I even do at this point? Is t...

First you need to recover your hacked account and secure it:

If you believe you have been hacked take appropriate measures to secure your account and associated E-mail account https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/

After you have done that then you should dispute the ban:

If you believe that a sanction (Suspension/Ban) placed on your account was by mistake you should reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

Provide as much info as you can including all info on the hacked account recovery process from EA help for the ToS team.

Hi @ABigMacTonight,

that's an unfortunate situation, but here on the forum we don't have access to EA accounts in order to help with such cases.

I can only advise you to reach out to the Terms of Service team again and explain your situation in detail that you've been hacked.
