Apex Legends battle pass Legendary Apex Pack missing

I bought the premium battle pass and have reached level 5 on the battle pass which is suppose to reward me with a legendary apex pack. I got the animation at the end of the match to show i have earned it however the game thinks I have 0 packs in the main menu. in conclusion I have not actually received my pack and never got a chance to open it.
