Hi All,

I think this is a glitch or error because it is not supposed to be like that.

Please contact support so they can add it to you.

I had the same problem and I contacted support now have it.

How did you do ? I contacted the support 3 times already, Apex Legends support, and 2 times Play Pro support. I have spent more than 2 hours sending the same messages again and again, telling them that it was maybe a mistake. They just told me that they can't do anything and that "you will get a charm as compensation". I sent the link to another post where you can clearly see a guy from EA saying that BP is not included anymore so I don't understand how they gave it to you.
