Penalty History and email show different ban durations

Hey so i recently got suspended on apex for 60 days (i think it was because i play apex on my ps5 on my monitor and also my ps5 downsairs on the tv) and on the website it says i regain access to apex on december 5th but i got an email saying its permanent?? Im confused what should i believe haha

    Sadly, we don't have access to account information and can't confirm which duration is correct for you here on the forums. 

    That said, it might be worth connecting with our live support team to see if they can take a look and let you know which message is accurate.

    Ive already asked live support and my eppeal womt work it wont let me appeal :( im so confused and im getting absolutely no help

    conduit6767​ Sorry to hear there's been difficulty submitting that appeal. Can you let us know what you're seeing when you try to submit an appeal? Are you getting an error message, or is the option missing on your Penalty History page?

    When I try to submit an appeal in the Penalty History tool, I get the error: Case not created. We ran into an issue creating your case, but we're working on it. Wait a few hours and try again. The appeal submission fails every time. I already have 3 open support cases: #883489505, #911562279, and #800888282. My account was compromised and permanently banned in Apex Legends, I never used cheats. Could you help escalate this issue about the broken appeal tool?     Hey ZHANGJINKAIC​, 

    This might not be the response you were hoping for, but I'm afraid we aren't able to escalate or support appeals for account action here on the forums.

    Can you try using a different web browser, or an incognito/private window, to see if there's any improvement? It might also be worth temporarily changing your account location or connecting with our live support team to see if there are any other options available in this case. If your account has been compromised, you may need to use the option to proceed as guest, depending on whether or not you're currently able to access the account. Thanks!
