apex legends got ban for no reason
Guys my apex legends account just got ban for no reason name: AngelOfTheD3ATH
I was using cheats for PUBG Lite (well most of people uses so I give a try) after using cheat I wanted to play apex legends
when I entered it was saying: "Please close Generic Hack Tool before starting the game"
then I saw that I forgot to close pubg cheat,I deleted it then resetted pc.After 1 day I tried to enter a match in Apex Legends
it kicked me back to start page and it was saying: "The client's game account has been banned: Banned"
I didn't use any third party software on Apex Legends please EA unban my account I'm playing the game since first week of apex legends
and I didn't do anything bad to get ban ☹️
They are saying that I cheated so they cant unban me WHAT THE F I DIDN'T EVEN CHEATED IN APEX

Sorry to hear you got banned.
Great to hear you found the way to appeal the ban.
Know that the anti-cheat doesn't look for Apex specific cheating software but for know cheating code in general, this would probably trigger the ban.
I always recommend staying away from cheats as they can cause bans in games you aren't trying to cheat in.
Let's wait and see what the Terms of Service team respond after their investigation.
They try to reply within 5 business days and check inbox frequently.
Make sure to check the spam and promotion folder as sometimes these replies get routed to those folders.
