Have you tried the live chat for your missing content?
The EA staff here on AHQ cannot help directly with account issues.
If you need to speak with one of the chat support advisers, this got me to live chat:
You can contact EA live support at
https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
Then to speak with a chat adviser choose the appropiate options:
Game eg Apex
Platform eg Xbox1
Topic eg Manage my account
Issue eg manage payment details
Recommended support option will be email or live chat at the bottom of the page.
Then you can choose to begin a live chat.
There may be some waiting time.

I tried, but they ended up saying, "ok I cannot help you but I will get this case pushed up so that someone else can help you". And when the next person came for live chat, I ended up getting the same message... It's like none of them can actually do anything and is just there to say the same thing.
