Apex legends season 20

My younger brother recently brought apex coins on my account and then proceeded to buy all the items in the shadow society event also unlocking the heirloom, I requested a refund and got the money back for the coins as I didn’t want to buy these packs/items. I received my funds back into my account but I am now negative 34,500 apex coins, id like to return the items so that I’m not in negative coins anymore, is there a way of fixing this?

    @lTruthzXI I'd be concerned about getting a full ban. Typically charge backs trigger bans because you already got what you paid for and digital content is nonrefundable.
