I am a console player wondering if I could play apex legends on keyboard because I prefer not using a controller
PSU for $20??? Where tf are you buying your pc parts? You’re still forgetting Storage. Stfu. You don’t know wtf you’re saying. He’s better off playing on a ps4 than on a PC running an i3 with anything lower than a 1060 GPU.
maybe 1050ti
- We we definitely need it if they're going to make it cross-platform
Yeah, I agree. This PC master race junkie doesn't know the first that he's tlaking about. A GOOD pc does not compare anywhere near to a top tier console THAT IS $400. Literally, it is impossible to put together a reasonable pc that runs well. A windows key without using an illegal bootkit, and a keyboard and mouse combo will cost $400 sometimes by itslef.
- Why is this a PC discussion?
I dont play on console (PS2 was my last console) but I absolutely agree that console games should allow the use of K/M for their shooters. From a business pov it just means even more peripherals to be sold and you would also open for pc players to actually consider consoles as an alternative.
@AllDayNodae I have no idea what windows prices you have in your country but in mine you can get a legit Win10 (Oem) for $20 and gaming K/M for $100.
Your point is correct but no need to exaggerate that much - That a lie
windows costs like $180, where u buyin for $20????
I get so tired of this debate. It is true that you can build a mediocre PC build that will run 1080p games as good or better than a PS4 for just a couple of hundred or so over what a PS4 costs. That is true. However, that price won’t cover peripherals and your monitor, as well as software.
Now, when it comes to the Xbox One X, it’s in a league of its own. The CPU is a bottleneck in the One X, but regardless of that, it’s a true 4k rendering machine for $500. To build a PC with a 4K capable GPU, you will pay over $500 for the GPU alone. You’ll spend about $2,000-$2,500 to get a good 4k build that will stay above 60 FPS.
People forget how much PC building costs for good, reputable parts. I have both PC and console, and use Mouse and keyboard on both systems. I cannot do the controller... I just can’t. I could when I was younger, but after PC gaming for 25 years, I literally cannot do the controller anymore.
They will definitely do this, but fair warning, the feeling of using a mouse on a PS4 is not even close to PC. It’ll be better than a controller, but you’ll still be at a huge disadvantage plyaying against PC players who are getting 144fps. Plus, PS4’s graphics aren’t as good and frame rate is low.
