I guess. But you should just Save enough Money for a Gaming PC or Laptop lowest price costs between $700-500
not THAT Much but still I get you from a Perspective for wanting K&M Support for Apex its a cool game but yeah
just try to save up for a gaming PC. Also if you want to become a much more player On Apex you should look into getting One
Just make sure you can run games at pretty high FPS 🙂
You are missing a lot of components....
Firstly, lets have a look at the recommended requirements for Apex Legends:- OS: 64-bit Windows 7
- CPU: Intel i5 3570K or equivalent
- RAM: 8GB
- GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 / AMD Radeon R9 290
- GPU RAM: 8GB
- HARD DRIVE: Minimum 22 GB of free space
Lets assume you have a Windows 7 already, so I will not include it in the price (which is roughly 40$-50$ I believe)
CPU: i5 3570K = 114$
RAM: If the game recommends 8GB, you will definetely need more than that in order for all other PC services to run smoothly. Dual channel DDR3 memory (16GB) is about 150$ (lets say you found cheaper for 100$)
GPU: Recommended is GTX 970/ R9 290 both of which cost a little bit over 200$.
Power Supply: 500W for 50$
SSD for your OS: 120GB for about 35$
HDD for all your games/files: 1TB for about 50$
Budget Case for about 40-50$
Budget Cooling 20$-30$
So far you will need: about 600 Bucks for the PC alone. Lets assume you already have a monitor/TV you can use as well as keyboard/mouse/headset periferals. And a place to put it all(like a desk).
So it costs 200 more bucks (AT LEAST) than a PS4. So yea, not everyone can afford a PC.
On a separate note, not everyone has grown up using a controller for shooters, some of use got used to Mouse and Keyboard and it is a nightmare to use a controller now.
Don't believe me? Sell your PS4 and buy a PC.Nope, keyboard and mouse has no place on console.
DadPhilly if you got a 4790 and a 1070 and youre having trouble running apex there is something wrong with your system
DadPhilly I7 2600k, RX 580, 24 gbs of ram ddr3, with 1.5 tb of storage
The i7 2600k cost me 80$, the RX580(8gb model) cost 175$, a new psu cost me 105$ and the rest of the system cost 90$. This was in Australia so prices may vary in other countries

Wrong, consoles are prebuilt PC’s now anyway. Native keyboard and mouse have been activated by both Sony (PS4) and Microsoft (Xbox). Now it’s just up to the game developers to enable it in their games. As an ex PC player I can’t wait for the first major FPS game to enable m/k for the main reason to play these games without the hacks and cheats of PC. Which is why I’m not interested in Cross Platform at all tho.
Its that Cheap in australia????? Wtf man how
- @LtHitlis, you have no choice for crossplatform , dev are not stupids , they will never let KM and Controller on the same lobby but will regroup them on the same games (pc and console KM)
Most of my parts were used parts that I got for a good price other than my psu
