Apex Not Running Properly pls help

im returning after a while and my game gets only 30-40 fps, i used to get around 100 120, and now ive even upgraded my laptops ram to dual channel which should give me 30-40% of an fps boost and it has in other games like valorant. i just dont know whats up with apex can anyone please help me out. thank you !

even when i tab out sometimes and tab back in it goes to like 120-144 fps in the range and goes down again

still not fixed can anyone please help me

itll go to 144-120 then down down down to 30-40 and stay there up down, when i tab out and tab back in it becomes 144 for a couple of secs then back to it taking a dump. :(
