I'M PISSES I CANT PLAY Timed out servers+penalty!!

I open apex on my PS4 I'm able to get into a game but I get kicked out when I'm in the character select and says server timed out and when I try and join back it says I cant rejoin abandoned match and I get a penalty PLZ FIX THIS
