@maximas1986it's not that it's impossible it's just that respawn is scared of trying it. Literally every game out there that considers itself competitive often has a separate queue for solo and full squads. Only in apex have I seen a rank system where solo players can get matched with full squads.
Not disagreeing with you but Respawn has been stern with their stand that short queue times will always be their priority. As for other games, 60 player lobbies is harder to fill compared to your usual 5v5 multiplayer games.
this can all be resolved by increasing the amount of masters or even preds. It's not that complicated. If there were say 5K masters and 1K preds, instead of 500 and 750 respectively, there wouldn't be an issue of having to pull diamond players into their lobbies. If there is, then maybe pull diamond 1 or 2 only. If you're masters, diamond 1 or 2, you shouldn't complain about playing against preds. If you're at that place in the game, obviously you're a good player and shouldn't shy away from the challenge. Also, if they kill a pred, they would be awarded more points. But, I think 5K masters and 1K preds should be plenty to have decent que times.

@HappyHourSumwuryes, that is the issue. Why don't they distribute as a percentage of the playerbase who falls into what rank. If there are 500K people playing ranked, make preds top .05% and masters 10% or whatever. Currently, people are not able to reach masters because they don't have enough points, but if it was percentage, it would fill up.
