Apex sound issue

Hello support, could you please help me to see how to fix my apex because the sound does not work, things are not heard, 
not when the capsules open or marked or voices from the legends, etc, my sound configuration is fine, internet goes correctly, 
I restart it several times, and after playing it freezes.
It started to happen to me this season 10 and today with the last update it is worse. Im using PS4  ID Alecruz10
First time that i have these kinf of issue 

If I reinstall do I lose my progress and everything I bougth?? What can I do ??

    Hey @AleTrok you can reinstall the game without worry, you will not lose any content. 

    Can you check your audio options, both in-game and on your system, and ensure that they reflect your sound setup, for example, if you have stereo speakers can you ensure that you are not outputting in surround.

    Thanks for the suggestion, I did check it and I use headphones.. The weird part is that sometimes hear delay or not hearing, as well that sound cut off. 

    Ok, so I can go in Delete option and then install again??  Was asking because not sure and even know if it´s gonna fix it. xD

    By any chance check the video.

    Hey @AleTrok you can delete any settings as all in-game content is saved server side.

    @AleTrokI can confirm this, I’ve had to delete APEX and reinstall about 4 or 5 times now, over the past 2 years.

    All your progress and skins etc will be safe.

    @AleTrok Yeah, if there is ever a bug that somehow I can’t solve, reinstalling the game has been a solution for me, multiple times.
