signed into twitch when i saw the skin on apex, claimed it on my twitch prime, never popped on my account.
So idk if anyone is as dumb as myself and assumed it was a legendary skin for both wattson and the Lstar but it is in fact a blue tier skin and you just have to scroll down to find them.
I'm having the same issue and it's been a couple days now. Idk what to do
To help narrow down the problem, can you guys answer this question ?
1. Are you new to twitch or already claim the pathfinder skin before ?
2 .How do you get twitch prime : Amazon prime or monthly subscription or 30 days trial? Are they still valid?
3. Do you have multiple PSN/XBox/Origin ID ? You've to make sure you claim on correct EA account that link to your PSN/XBox/Origin ID you're playing with.
4. Is your EA account link to multiple device (PS4, XBox, Origin) ?
5. If multiple device, have you check on all of them?
6. Have you check the skin on rare section (not legendary section) ?
Still not showing on my ps4
What accounts did you re link i redeemed new twitch prime ash skin yesterday and it still has not shown up
