Hey gamers and developers - Ive spent hours trying to claim my sons account to no avail.
We head to the webpage :

We get to the reset password stage and it falls over.
HOW do we CLAIM back this profile to PS5 and get gaming again?

Frog_Suppa The website you linked is a 3rd party stat tracker, (which is unaffiliated with Apex).
If you are trying to log back into the Apex Account that has your son's Apex progress, you would need to log into the PlayStation Account that they were playing on, and make sure it is still connected to the same EA Account they had before as the Apex progress is stored on the EA Account it was earned/progressed on.
