Are we going to get early download option for Steam?

My internet is butt, it takes too long to do download whole game. Would be nice if we get predownload Like Destiny 2 did when they moved to Steam that helped many players to be able to play on day 1....

Also, another question, will the data-files carry from origin to steam? or do we have to re-download everything?

*If the new season requires to download over 30-40gb or something anyway, then forget this question*

@bosourd Steam is new platform, so you have to download the whole game for steam. This I am sure, this is why I am asking for predownload.
