I believe that this type of behaviour is expected by game producers. They do their best to cope with it in the face of determined spammers and cheats.
If you can take a screenshot and send it to support they will ban the account.
It is incredibly frustrating for players.

Banning said advertising bot accounts are like flicking away their pawns, totally replaceable by just creating a new account.
Apparently they haven't grasped the whole cheating culture in Asia yet, so I'll give it 2-3 months tops before they actually nuke a decent idea to stop reduce it.
