Awful community

I think this happens in every game not only in Apex Legends.
League and overwatch are perfect examples for rank bragging and "I'm a diamond smurf" not only Apex.

I definitely understand your point but like in every community there are some bad apples.
If you don't focus on them and find/create the community that you like your opinion will be different definitely. 

I see you find your way to AnswerHQ, well stick around and find some player to play with, I also recommend checking out the Apex Legends discord
Really cool community over there and friendly players over there and there is a solid LFG (Looking for Group) system.
