Ban for Alt+F4

Today I got the exact same message. I don't understand how it is possible I have been marked as a heavy abuser of quiting the game to avoid penalties. I have an immense ammount of crashes in this game. I did indeed occasionally quit the game manually because of various reason. The main reason here was not getting an RP forgeviness even if the game started with only 2 people in a squad. Above that random freezes where I was not able to go back to the main menu and reboot the PC. Even in games where I had gold armour, +RP and full squad alive I had to kill the game because of freezes or crashes. I now have been penalized with a, according to EA, a permanent ban. Could someone please explain how this is even remotely acceptable? Even in the Tweet from Drew it says it is temporary...

I think permaban for this is just ridicolously exagerated, at least without a warning before. I mean, if someone told me before that i would got banned i would never used it, and i think i’m not the only one.

Im totally fine with being temporary banned or have my rank reset, but after receiving the same message earlier this day, being permanently banned from all Apex Legends online services - its pretty drastic without a warning.

Even more if you spent quite some money on this game.

Fortunately i never spent money in this game, i had intention of doing it, but after this treatment, in anyways the situation will go, i will never ever pay for this game. They ruined the magic, the game was very good, but in my personal opinion they are not able to keeping their users.

As i heard from my friend if you got an email with note that you got permamently banned its not a truth. My friend called the EA because he had this permament ban note too and they told him that its only a note which is wrong they told him that he has temporary ban for 14 days. So i think all people who have ban  for that they are banned temporary even if they got email with perm ban.

With all due respect, they are not replying with any usefull information. They just send out premade templates to anyone asking this question. I think it's bizar there is absoluty no communication to the community regarding their decision, or any details giving further information.
