Banned Account but not visible in "My Ban History" for 4 months

Hi Community,

 My Account was banned 4 months ago and received an email which is saying:

"We noticed that your EA account broke EA’s gameplay rules. Because your account was cheating, we’ve permanently blocked your access to Apex Legends’ online features."

I wasn't cheating and created 2 support tickets about it. EA Supported returned my cases without any piece of information but saying that I'm cheating. At least I want to know which type of cheat I was using.

If this is a mistake which is my ban history still clear for 4 months, I'd like to request to remove the permanent ban from my account.

    Customer Service replied to me. I've added the screenshot. It's so sad that they don't provide any information.

  • It's easy to judge someone without any investigation. What I want from EA is to give me some detail about this cheat, like when exactly happened? or which tool I was using (!) 

    This is just unfair and, well, I don't care anymore. It has been four months, I just wanted to give it a shot one more time.
