Can we get an update on the xbox audio issue please?

This was suppose to be a temporary issue and now its feeling permanent. Its been 6 days since EA disabled xbox in game chats and yet no updates. A third of the players are Xbox, so a third of the players are without any coms.... This is clearly a huge issue and I'm confused on how EA is not being very transparent with what in the world is going on. Apex is a team based game, how can Xbox players play a team based game with no coms?
