Banned for Hateful Conduct when I was in an Xbox Party

I was just banned for Hateful Speech while playing a ranked game of apex. Little did I know that my friends in my party weren’t being quiet for me to focus but that I was in a party alone and that my voice was switched to game chat. Well low and behold I started talking smack about misplays my team were making but nothing hateful or discriminatory in any way and literally got to play the entirety of the match until my team won the match. As soon as the match ended I received the notice which leads me to believe that my teammate in my match who was dead reported me as soon as our team won. On top of it all, even though I was switched to game chat without my knowing I couldn’t even hear my teammates due to me being in a party so I had literally no way of knowing I was speaking to them. And now I have to wait a month for ea to basically say I’m either permanently banned or back in the game. I’ve poured 100s of dollars into apex legends just for this to happen?? Apex is the only game that has ever banned me like this and they can’t even have support help with these forums nor give an explanation on the case site other than “Hateful Speech”. I’m allowed to hate my players plays, especially when they are making silly choices, but this was a completely unacceptable ban due to the circumstances. If anyones got notes for me I’ll gladly hear them, but as for now, If this ban isn’t lifted, I’ll never touch another wall game again. I love apex, I “HATE” EA.
